Delivery policy
As a small business, we are working hard to get your orders fulfilled. We have monthly (+ sometimes bi monthly) deliveries to make sure you always have access to granola. Check the homepage to stay in the loop on our next shipment date!
We ship nationally and will ship your order through UPS on the date listed in your confirmation email.

Return + Refund Policy
As a food product, we do not accept returns. In the case you are unhappy with the product please contact us, we are always happy to receive feedback.
If there is an issue with product quality or a shipping error please contact us immediately and include a photo if relevant. We will work together to solve your problem. Refunds or discounts will be issued on a case by case basis.

Cancellation Policy
If you are a subscriber, you may log into your account via our homepage. From here you will be able to view your subscriptions and cancel at anytime.
For regular orders, if you wish to cancel your order please contact us directly. We will handle your cancelation accordingly. Not all cancelations will be subject to a refund.
